BRIEF HISTORY OF PSTC
Professional Skill Training Center / PSTC, a private
institution base at the Du-Port Road Junction,
Paynesville City, Opposite Senny Bar, Monrovia,
Liberia.
The school was founded A.D. 2009 for the purpose of
empowering Liberians with skill training. The
above mentioned school is a capacity building
oriented institution that is concerned about the
community empowerment, for possible employment.
The institution was founded by Mr. James Woyea
Massaboi BA, MPA University of Liberia and Esther
Komassa Massaboi Co. founder and current business
manager both Liberian. The institution is currently ran
by qualified and experienced instructors/trainers.
we are registered under:
1. Ministry of Education (MOE)
2. Liberia Business Registry (LBR)
3. Ministry of Transport (MOT)
4. We are regular tax payers to LRA / Liberia Revenue
Authority.
We are engaged in skill training, public safety training
activities, capacitating Liberian people for job
opportunities.

WHAT WE STAND FOR
Vision:
Every Liberian is Empowered, Marketable, and Self
employed through quality skills.
We advertise and apply for scholarship provision to
donors. we provide for Liberians that cannot afford to pay
the school fees. We do public service announcements for
the said skill training, we train and employ to provide a
means of survival for satisfaction and peace stability in
Liberia as part of our contribution toward the rescue mission
our president set for Liberia.
Every Liberian is skillful, equip for the job market for
possible employment or self-employment.
Rebuilding the self-esteem of Liberians through skill
empowerment in order to become self-defensive in the
larger society
